a'aishah at the front desk helped me book the hotel last minute. she also offered to hold my bag and suggested the hotel restaurant for breakfast. the meal was amazing and she had a room ready for us within an hour.
the room faced an interior courtyard. machines installed there made a lot of noise. this noise made it difficult to sleep.

the hotel is close to many shops, restaurants, and lounges. the metro is ideally situated on the opposite corner from the hotel. it is very central to all the main attractions.

the check-in process was efficient. the location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the bed was supremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. the staff was attentive to my needs, especially regarding in-room service.

I appreciated the soft bed with its comfy cushion. A Nespresso coffee machine was also present in the room. That was very nice. The metro was easily accessible. Walkability to nearby shops and restaurants was convenient. I am grateful.
The front desk staff mispronounced my name several times. I had to correct them. That was frustrating. There was no explanation of hotel amenities. This lack of guidance made things difficult.
